Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This Agreement governs the relationship between the Seller and the Customer when purchasing goods through the website.

The Seller reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller agrees to sell and deliver goods (sunglasses and related products), and the Customer agrees to pay for and accept the goods according to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Order Placement

Orders can be placed through the website by selecting products and completing the checkout process.

The Customer must provide accurate information including:

• Full name
• Delivery address
• Phone number
• Email address

4. Payment Terms

Payment can be made using bank cards (Visa, Mastercard) or other available payment methods displayed on the website.

The Customer pays the price indicated on the website at the moment of placing the order.

5. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery is carried out by international courier or postal services.

Estimated delivery time:

• Europe: 10–15 business days
• Other countries: up to 25 business days

Delivery costs are calculated during checkout depending on the destination.

The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs procedures.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Customers have the right to request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original packaging
• All tags and labels must remain attached

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
